Fund Private Equity Portfolio
Since 2003, Signal has advised a major investment fund on certain investments
within its private equity portfolio. Signal provides board level representation
and active day-to-day oversight of designated investments in
the portfolio. In this capacity, the Signal team has negotiated and structured
debt and equity follow-on financings and dispositions of investments
and non-core assets of portfolio companies and implemented the restructuring
of the operations of several companies.
