Mr. Puchala is a co-founder and Managing Director of Signal. He is currently a board member of Infotrieve, Inc. and The Robbins Company.

Before co-founding Signal, Mr. Puchala was a vice president of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, where, as an investment banker from 1989 through early 1996, he worked primarily on mergers and acquisitions specializing in the telecommunications, information technology and media industries for leading Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst in the corporate finance department of Morgan Stanley & Co.

Mr. Puchala received a BA cum laude from Yale University, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an MA in Economics from New York University. He is a member of the New York Bar Association.
