Mr. Bradley is a co-founder and Managing Director of Signal. He is currently a board member of ABB Holdco, Inc., FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc., Georgetown Telephone Company, Northwest Missouri Holdings, Inc., and Oceanic Digital Communications, Inc.

Before co-founding Signal, Mr. Bradley was a partner at the Exeter Group, where he managed a private equity and mezzanine portfolio from 1992 to 1996. Prior to working in the private equity industry, he was a practicing attorney in New York City.

Mr. Bradley received a BA from Yale University, a JD from New York University School of Law where he was a Pomeroy Scholar and an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a member of the New York Bar Association.
