Signal’s direct secondary portfolio acquisitions provide liquidity to a wide variety of sellers, including:

• Corporations;
• Financial Investors such as hedge funds, insurance companies/pension funds/ endowments;
• Specialty Lenders (regional banks, finance companies, etc.);
• Secondary LP Funds bidding for limited partnership stakes, which are often bundled together with direct investments as a seller exits an alternative asset pool;
• Private Equity Funds interested in liquidating stub positions.
